EVERYONE should have to retake their driver licenses exam every 5 years. Not just the written part but the part where you drive around with a state highway patrol guy in the car. The test should consist of at least 45min of freeway driving in rush hour and you MUST be able to deminstrate that you know what the words MERGE & YIELD mean and be able to exicute it several times. And you should instantly fail if you have all kinds of shit hanging from your rearview mirror or have any kind of bumper sticker supporting Bush.
