The trip home was great. My father took the whole "I'm buying a townhouse and I'm going to have an expensive mortgage" thing rather well. He's already talked about coming down sometime this summer and helping me do some home improving. The parents also gave me the much needed $$$ I need to ease my mind about buying such an expensive place.
I signed for the mortgage loan yesterday and now their finishing up getting the carpet and new appliances in. Closing day should be early part of May then I get to start painting and moving in :)
