Last Day at Apple :(
.jpg.jpeg)
Yesterday was my last day working as a "Creative" for one of the most amazing companies in the world. I will be moving on to bigger and better things working for a law firm as the Director of Technology. I should have thought things through a little better, I'll start the new job on Monday...I should have at least took a week off to relax a bit, but then again, I need to start saving up for the new BMW payments.
To my Apple family at Easton, I will miss you all tons... *tear*

1957 Ferrari 250 TR
If the words "1957 Ferrari" aren't enough to get you excited, we can't help you. The 1957 Ferrari 250 TR ($TBA) is one of only 22 of the very rare racers built, with Speed Racer-esque pontoon fenders, black paint with white numbers and a black nose, red seats with white piping, a gated shifter, and racing heritage that includes a fourth place finish in the 1000 km Buenos Aires in January 1958. It's an absolute classic.

Awesome day at Cincinnati Museum

Today Jer, Jessie, Blake and I went to the Cincinnati Museum and we had an awesome time. The dinosaur exhibit was cool and they had some interesting things in the history part. I love my Canon 50D :)

I've gotten a few request for the wallpapers that I have on my displays. The size is for 24" displays (1920 x 1200). The blue streaks are photographs of some lightwritting I did a few years ago. Click to view high res, grab if you like :)

Ultimate setup

Yesterday I got a new MacBook with the matching 24" Cinema Display adding to my collection of macs. [from left to right] 12" Powerbook, Dual 1.8 G5 PowerPC with 24" Cinema Display, the new 24" Cinema Display attached to the 13" 2.4GHz MacBook.
I tested out the speed last night by converting a flash video to a quick time movie file using iSquint on each of the machines, here's how they stacked up.
MacBook w/4GB Ram = 9min
G5 w/1.5Ram = 23min
Powerbook w/768Ram =1hr
I was very impressed. The MacBook runs CS3 and Aperture flawless. Check out the custom wallpapers I made for each.
